1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the Tarotip website, account features, AI tarot readings, subscriptions, or related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age required to enter a binding contract where you live.
2. Nature of the service
Tarotip provides AI-generated tarot entertainment, reflective prompts, card education, and private reading history. Algorithmic output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
The service is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice and does not guarantee predictions. Consult a qualified professional for health, safety, crisis, or significant life decisions.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information and protect your login credentials and email account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account; promptly report unauthorized access.
- Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used for automated abuse.
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or the platform, or to comply with law.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, and payment
Plus and Pro are prepaid monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically. Before purchase, the pricing page shows the plan, billing period, currency, and benefits. Displayed prices exclude taxes that may legally apply. Stripe securely handles payments; we do not store full card numbers.
Unless you cancel before the next billing date, your subscription renews at the then-current price and your payment method is charged. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal on the Account page. Benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.
5. Stardust and digital benefits
Stardust is a digital in-service benefit usable only for features identified by Tarotip. It is not money, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or traded outside the service. We may reasonably adjust how it is earned or used without retroactively removing core benefits from a paid subscription period.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or to harm or infringe others.
- Do not bypass quotas, access controls, or security, and do not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Do not submit card data, personal data you lack authority to process, or highly sensitive information.
- Do not present AI output as licensed professional advice or use it for manipulation, discrimination, or high-risk automated decisions.
7. Content and intellectual property
Our site design, brand, software, and editorial content belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights in the questions you submit and give us a limited license only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
To the extent permitted by law, you may use readings generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use AI output, and similar output may be generated for others.
8. Changes and availability
We continually improve the service and may add, change, or remove features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you of planned maintenance or material changes and provide remedies required by law for materially adverse changes to paid core benefits.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for decisions based on tarot or AI output, indirect loss, or loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
