FAQ
How is a single unlock different from Plus?
A $2.90 single unlock includes the current reading’s deep interpretation and 3 follow-ups, with no renewal. Plus renews weekly, monthly, or annually and includes all membership benefits, with 10 follow-ups per reading.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open the Stripe billing portal from your Me page to cancel; benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How does the new-customer introductory offer work?
It applies to the first invoice only: Plus is 25% off at $11.25 for the first month, or 30% off at $100.80 for the first year ($8.40/mo equivalent). Renewals are $15/mo or $144/yr. Weekly memberships and single reading unlocks do not receive this offer.
What payment methods are supported?
Checkout dynamically shows the Stripe-supported payment methods available in your region.
What is stardust?
Stardust is an in-site benefit earned through daily check-ins and used to buy extra follow-up questions. Members earn double stardust.
